We need your valuable help as always to send us PREALERT DOCS to this e-mail address impdocsmex@transglory.com.mx 48 hours or more before vsl departure at POL with no exception for all LCL (Consol /co-loaded) and FCL shipments. As you know we need transmit info to Mexican customs 24 hrs before vsl departure at POL to avoid any penalties. It is the reason that we request you shipment details 48hrs or more in order to have time here in Mexico to provide it as Mexican customs request.

Pls consider difference on time zones. When vsl departure will be on weekend pls we need that you send AMS details on Thursday in order to we receive docs on Friday morning having time to send info to Mexican customs. We do not work on Saturdays nor Sundays

We need shipment details (cargo Manifest) with HBL number for each cargo, shippers and cnees details, container number, MBL number and SS Line that container will be load.

If it is co-load shipment we need co-loader MBL number, container number and SS line that they use. Co-loader must give to you MBL number before vsl departure.

When you couldn’t send all docs pls only send shipment details as I’m requesting. After vsl departure you send all docs as usually

From August 1st the Mexican customs authority will apply penalties for shipments not transmitted in time. (4000-6000 usd per HBL).
