Dear Sirs,

Pls be informed that according our Ministery of Agriculture all the
shipments from Asia has to be fumigated. If you don't arrange it at yr side
the cntr has to be fumigated at destination and it takes approx. 10 days
after arrival. So inorder to avoid delays releasing the cargoes at
destinaion we kindly appreciate yr cooperation arranging it at yr side, in case it's not possible and has to be arranged at destination the cost is
approx. usd 200.00 per cntr., the certificate of fumigation issued at yr
side has to be forwarded to our office.
